We are not the original author, this is modified/fixed/updated to work in Classic ERA+BCC. The entire guide is designed around playing a Hunter, so it regularly expects you to solo mobs and quests that are 5+ levels above you. I can’t get it to work either and I have the most updated version as well. I've solved it. Close WoW first. Then uninstall Questie on WowUp. Would it be possible to add the ability to see lower level quests beyond 10 levels below current level.
